Curtain call

I let the boys play in our study this morning while I was in the kitchen washing breakfast dishes (the two rooms are adjoined), and when I heard giggling and squealing, I knew they were into something they probably shouldn't be. Sure enough, they were having a big time playing in the curtains:

This little stinker (Grant) started it...

and Reid wasted no time in following suit:

I was standing close enough to make sure they didn't pull the rod out of the wall, but unfortunately not close enough to save Grant from a spectacular fall that ended with his forehead on the window ledge. :(

The curtains are now wrapped around the rod and out of reach of little hands--the very latest trend in toddler home decorating!
