They LOVE being outside. They climbed all over their playscape, played in the grass, crawled around the patio, picked up sticks, and really just had a big time. Check out these big boys going down the slide by themselves:
Grant was infatuated with a rose off our rose bush (which is still in full bloom since we haven't had a hard freeze this year), and it made for some sweet pictures:
He loved picking up grass and exploring the backyard:
Reid wasn't interested in romping through the grass at first. He opted to climb and pull up on things instead:
When Grant got tired of the grass, he decided to show off for Aunt Morgan (who wouldn't let me take any pictures of her, since she was still in her pajamas):
And Reid eventually did some exploring of his own:
I know I'm going to blink and that stick will be a light saber / sword. I'm not ready!
Of course Miller had to get in on the action, since he's never more than two feet away from his boys. Grant indulged him in a little tug-of-war:
Reid chose to watch the action from above, safe in his daddy's arms:
Sunday was frrrrrreezing and the boys were super cranky at home, so we ventured out to Bass Pro Shop (guess who chose that location) just to get out of the house. R&G got up close and personal with the giant fish tank:
(Little known fact: fish creep me out, a lot a lot... especially ugly ones like catfish and gar, which this tank had a plethora of. Sick.)
The boys bought their daddy a Valentine's present and got some camouflage bibs of their own. My little rednecks.
This weekend we have a birthday party for our favorite three-year-old blog reader -- HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SWEET GUSSY! -- and not much else on the agenda, so we'll have to see what kind of adventures we're able to uncover.
